well maintained

It's nice a quite, neighbors are respectful and it's fantastic they allow pets!

I like living at Adirondack Lodge. The apartment is nice, the gym is nice, the pool is nice in the summer. I really enjoy having a garage and the people in management are always friendly. The only thing that I don't like is that the lodge has really limited hours for using the room, which is frustrating because the apartments are quite expensive.

It's a great place to live! You could probably find less expensive places to live, but you wouldn't have nearly as comfortable an apartment and probably wouldn't have access to all of the amenities and convenient shopping and restaurant locations that Adirondack Lodge offers.

Location, location, location. I could have picked more moderately priced, adequate housing for me and my children, but we would not be nearly as happy as we are right now. the proximity of all the nearby accommodations are worth their weight in gold. (or gas)

I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an well maintaned and contemporary place to live. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is affordable considering everything it offers. And I am very pleased with the up keep of the parking spaces/ cul de sacs in the winter as well as with the landscarping in the summers.

The Adirondack Lodge apartments have really made the transition to Spokane pretty easy in many respects. Coming from Indianapolis, it was nice to have such a welcoming environment upon arriving at my new home! The way the staff ensured that the apartment was clean, up-to-snuff, and ready to be lived in really was impressive. The maintenance man, the management staff and all office workers took an interest in my situation as a tenant almost immediately. I have not approached the management or staff much since moving in simply because there have really been no reportable issues, but I have simply loved my experience at Adirondack!

I have just recently moved into Adirondack Lodge and I have to say that the stay here has been absolutely remarkable. From the staff to the apartment grounds themselves, everything has been above par and I am very glad to be here. I would personally like to thank Pamela Dulyea for all of her hardwork and effort on helping me locate the apartment of my dreams and also w/ the application process. Again, I am very grateful and looking forward to the months to come here at Adirondack Lodge.

In the few short months I've been at Adirondack Lodge, you have all been professional and courteous. If I've had maintenance request they were dealt with quickly and effectively. I'm feeling right at home here!
